At callstats.io, I planned and launched several product features and updates at callstats.io, driving over a 50% increase in adoption and demand.
I also collaborated with industry experts to create several whitepapers and landing pages on leveraging AI to enhance WebRTC performance. In addition, I managed our website, social media and email marketing campaigns using Hubspot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, designed visuals, wrote content, and developed comprehensive launch plans and strategies.

callstats.io was acquired by 8x8 and subsequently Spearline.
During my time at ADA, I developed and led the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for ADA's WhatsApp chatbot solutions, built using ADA's Business Messaging Platform (leveraging the WhatsApp Business Platform). This was a new solution offering by Customer Engagement Solutions in APAC. We did this through a mix of events, SEO, demand generation campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, GDM , a hackathon and email marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Business Messaging, I gathered customer and market insights to inform the product roadmap and strategy for the product team and conducted sales enablement training sessions for our Global Connector Module.
Achievements:
-Led the launch of ADA’s WhatsApp Business Platform - WhatsApp Chatbots to transform CX in APAC, contributing to revenue growth in one year
-Secured media coverage in Yahoo Finance, The Fast Mode, Marketing Interactive and more
-Produced, planned and designed offline events in Indonesia & Malaysia - "Integrating ADA's WhatsApp Business Platform & Marketing Solutions for Better Business Outcomes" which influenced new revenue growth as it facilitated customer retention and renewals and accelerated up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

Pain Point:
Lengthy process for customer to integrate their product with callstats.io as it required engineering resources , which impacted the volume of qualified leads and adoption rate of callstats.io. We needed to reduce the time to value for customers.
Solution:
We built a brand new demo of our product that has data from real conferences so customers can easily try out callstats.io and perform a test conference in real-time without integrating with their SDK.
I was responsible for product marketing which include:
-Planning and develop the launch strategy of the demo
-Working with product to create the gifs and screenshots of the demo
-Writing the blog post and publishing the it on social media and via email marketing
